So my sister met a guy online last week, he drove several hours to meet her and he proposed. I was so happy for her, until he got drunk and started talking. Apparently this guy has a thing against Jews and thinks Hitler was in the right on some aspects. Im sitting there listening and my blood is literally running cold. He used several slurs during his speech, including the N word (this man is very white), the R word and some words derogatory towards gay people and I am completely shook. My anxiety went through the roof I could actually feel my breathing become shallow. He is apparently a history major and went on about how all the history book are written by Jews, that they corrupt our society, and to top it all off he apparently has an "all male" internet chat website called "messtext.com" where they talk "military tactics" despite him never being in the military. I brought this up with my sister and she doesnt care. She now wants to be a trad wife, who last week did not want to have children and only adopt. I had learned left his last wife because she was hesitant to have children with him. Is it just me or are there a literal MILLION red flags here? He was also trying to be very persuasive, for example I told him I was gay and when I told him what I look for in a relationship he kept saying "Oh, a lot of guys like that stuff" or "Im sure you will find a guy and have kids one day". Having told him I have no desire to be a mother, he responds with "you will change your mind" or "your kids are going to be superheros!" What the actual fuck. How can this even be?
